What the offer actually is
The terms, stated plainly.
No cost to join
You pay nothing to join during the design-partner phase.
One company to invoice
1Stop is the contracting party. You invoice one company instead of chasing five property managers.
Net-14
Payment terms are net-14. Against construction invoice factoring, which runs 12% to 18% annualised, that is worth real money.
You do not bid
Work is dispatched to you off the board. Your rates and your payouts stay yours, and your crew never sees them.
The non-solicit
1Stop's vendor agreement carries a 12-month non-solicit on introduced accounts. Going direct on one of those accounts costs you the net-14 terms. We would rather you know that going in than find out later.
The app, as it actually is
Built for a phone in a truck.
Bottom tab bar: Dashboard, Team, Earnings, Calendar. 44px minimum touch targets throughout.
Job detail
Directions, access instructions, scope, before-photo capture, then a full-width Start Job control and a running timer.
Closing a job
After photos, a completion note, submit.
Team
Enrol employees by phone number.
Earnings
Visible to the owner only.
Compliance
COI, W-9 and licence, with expiry dates tracked.
Offline tolerance
Start Job and End Job queue locally and sync when signal returns. A crew in a stairwell should not lose a job clock.
What we need from you
What it takes to get dispatched.
| General liability insuranceAn expired certificate blocks assignment automatically at dispatch. No phone call needed. | Current COI on file |
|---|---|
| W-9 | On file |
| Trade licence | Where the trade requires one |
| A phone number that gets answered | Yes |
| Capacity you can actually commit to | Yes |
This does not suit everyone. If you cannot get to a job inside the response window for your trade, or you will not photograph work before and after, it is not a fit.
How you get paid
Net-14, once the proof lands.
- 1
Job ends and the proof lands
Photos and the completion note are attached to the job.
- 2
1Stop reviews
The job is checked against the work order.
- 3
It goes on your payout statement
For the period it landed in.
- 4
Paid net-14
Vendor payments through the platform are a later phase. For now, terms are what the vendor agreement says.
