• Nothing to pay

  You pay 1Stop nothing, to join or at any point after. There is no listing fee, no lead fee and no percentage taken off your invoice.

• One company to invoice

  1Stop is the contracting party. You invoice one company instead of chasing five property managers.

• Net-14

  Payment terms are net-14. Against construction invoice factoring, which runs 12% to 18% annualised, that is worth real money.

• You do not bid

  Work is dispatched to you off the board. Your rates and your payouts stay yours, and your crew never sees them.

• The non-solicit

  1Stop's vendor agreement carries a 12-month non-solicit on introduced accounts. Going direct on one of those accounts costs you the net-14 terms. We would rather you know that going in.

This does not suit everyone. If you cannot get to a job inside the response window for your trade, or you will not photograph work before and after, it is not a fit.

• Do vendors pay to join 1Stop?

  No. There is no listing fee, no lead fee and no percentage taken off your invoice. 1Stop earns its fee on the property manager's side of the job, inside the price the manager pays.

• When does 1Stop pay vendors?

  On net-14 terms: a payout is owed 14 days after the last job on it is completed. A job goes onto your payout statement once its photos and completion note are in and 1Stop has checked it against the work order. Your vendor agreement sets the exact terms.

• Which counties does 1Stop work in?

  58 counties across North and Central Florida: Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Brevard, Calhoun, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, DeSoto, Dixie, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Holmes, Indian River, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lake, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Martin, Nassau, Okaloosa, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Seminole, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Volusia, Wakulla, Walton and Washington. Orange, Osceola and Seminole take same-day and 48-hour work today, and Lake and Polk take scheduled work. The rest are signing vendors ahead of property managers, and get a response target once there are enough vendors to hold one. A manager requests service the way a rider requests an Uber and is paired at once with the best match for that job, not simply the cheapest.

• How quickly do vendors have to respond?

  It depends on the trade. In Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and locksmith service are dispatched against the same day, and painting, carpet cleaning, general maintenance, roof repair, appliance repair and pest control against 48 hours. Emergency work, restoration included, has no published target yet: one is set for a trade once approved vendors there can hold it. Janitorial, turnovers, carpet installation, event cleanup, landscaping, pool service, pressure washing, junk removal, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, tree service, fencing, garage door repair, drywall and stucco repair, tile and flooring repair, screen enclosure repair, shutter and storm prep, mold remediation, backflow testing, fire safety inspection and parking lot maintenance run to a scheduled date. If you cannot reach a job inside the window for your trade, the network is not a fit.

• How do I apply to the vendor network?

  Fill out the application at 1stopservicepro.com/vendors/apply with your trades and the counties you will drive to. 1Stop reviews and approves the application, and an executive account manager calls only if something needs sorting out. Then 1Stop checks your certificate of insurance, W-9 and any trade licence your work requires. No job is assigned until that file is complete.
