The work
What junk removal work does 1Stop send?
Abandoned furniture, bulk trash and debris, from units, common areas and corrals, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a junk removal vendor need in Florida?
Hauling is not a licensed contracting category in Florida. Junk removal does not appear among the contractor categories in section 489.105 of the Florida Statutes.
Old appliances bring a federal rule with them. Household refrigerators, freezers and window air conditioners usually reach the waste stream with their refrigerant still inside, and EPA's safe disposal rules under section 608 of the Clean Air Act make the final person in the disposal chain, a scrap recycler or a landfill, say, responsible for making sure it is recovered. If the refrigerant was recovered earlier, that disposer keeps a signed statement saying who recovered it and when, or a contract with its regular supplier that covers the recovery.
What 1Stop holds on file for every junk removal vendor is a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
