The work
What electrical work does 1Stop send?
Dead outlets, tripped breakers, panels, lighting circuits, sparking or exposed wiring, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a electrical vendor need in Florida?
Florida licenses electrical work apart from the rest of construction, under part II of chapter 489 of the Florida Statutes and its Electrical Contractors' Licensing Board. Section 489.505 defines an electrical contractor as one who installs, repairs, alters, adds to or designs electrical wiring, fixtures, appliances, apparatus, raceways and conduit.
Section 489.516 requires anyone who contracts statewide to pass the state examination and be certified, and anyone who contracts on a narrower basis to be registered. Someone who is neither may not contract at all. A certified electrical contractor can work anywhere in Florida; a registered one only in the jurisdiction its registration covers.
The same board licenses alarm system contractors, and its rules can carve out specialty licenses limited to one segment of the trade, such as residential electrical contracting or the maintenance of electrical fixtures.
1Stop holds that license on file before it dispatches electrical work, along with a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
