The work
What tile and flooring repair work does 1Stop send?
Cracked or loose tile, failed grout and damaged hard flooring, in units and common areas, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a tile and flooring repair vendor need in Florida?
Section 489.117(4)(a)1 of the Florida Statutes says a city or county may not require a license for a job scope that does not substantially correspond to a contractor category in s. 489.105(3) or a certified specialty category. Among the job scopes it names are flooring, and decorative stone, tile, marble, granite or terrazzo installation.
Florida's contractor licensing law has no flooring category, so a flooring or tile vendor needs no state contractor license, and a local one cannot be required. It is the same rule the carpet installation page relies on.
What 1Stop holds on file for every tile and flooring repair vendor is a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
