The work
What fencing work does 1Stop send?
Fence panels, posts and rails, gates, hinges, latches and closers, pool gates included, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a fencing vendor need in Florida?
Fence work is not one of the contractor categories that section 489.105 of the Florida Statutes licenses. Section 489.117(4)(a) of the Florida Statutes lets a local government keep offering a license for fence installation and erection if it imposed that requirement before January 1, 2021, so a city or county may still ask for a local license.
Section 515.29 of the Florida Statutes sets the rules for a residential swimming pool barrier. A residential pool is one on the premises of a detached one-family or two-family dwelling or a one-family townhouse not more than three stories high. At such a pool the barrier must be at least 4 feet high on the outside and may not have gaps, openings or components that could let a young child crawl under, squeeze through or climb over it.
Gates that give access to such a pool must open outward away from the pool, be self-closing, and have a self-latching locking device whose release is on the pool side of the gate, placed so a young child cannot reach it over the top or through any opening. This page makes no claim about the pools at apartment communities.
What 1Stop holds on file for every fencing vendor is a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
