The work

What gutter cleaning work does 1Stop send?

Gutters and downspouts cleared and checked, with damaged runs noted for repair, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.

1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing

What license does a gutter cleaning vendor need in Florida?

Cleaning gutters is not one of the contractor categories that section 489.105 of the Florida Statutes licenses.

Installation is treated differently. Section 489.117(4)(a)3 of the Florida Statutes lets a local government continue to offer a license for veneer, including aluminum or vinyl gutters, siding, soffit or fascia, if it imposed that requirement before January 1, 2021. Rule 61G4-15.100(1)(a) of the Florida Administrative Code includes the installation of siding, soffit, fascia and gutters in the work of a structural aluminum or screen enclosures specialty contractor.

What 1Stop holds on file for every gutter cleaning vendor is a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
