The work
What drywall and stucco repair work does 1Stop send?
Drywall sections and ceilings after water damage, cracked or failed stucco, matched and finished, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a drywall and stucco repair vendor need in Florida?
Section 489.117(4)(a)1 of the Florida Statutes says a city or county may not require a license for a job scope that does not substantially correspond to a contractor category in s. 489.105(3) or a certified specialty category. Among the job scopes it names are plastering and stuccoing.
Florida does have certified specialty categories for this work. Rule 61G4-15.100 of the Florida Administrative Code defines a plaster and lath specialty contractor and a gypsum drywall specialty contractor. Section 489.113(6)(a) says certified specialty categories exist as a voluntary statewide licensing category and do not create a mandatory licensing requirement.
