Legal

These are the documents that govern using 1Stop. They are published as drafts so they can be reviewed openly, by counsel and by anyone else reading this page.

Draft pending legal review

No lawyer has reviewed this document. It was drafted in-house so counsel has something concrete to mark up, and it is published here for that purpose. It is not legal advice, and 1Stop does not represent that it is enforceable as written. Nothing on this page should be relied on until a licensed attorney has signed off on it.

Status
Draft, not in force

For the purpose of these documents, 1Stop is the prime contractor and the vendor of record. It contracts directly with the property manager and subcontracts the work to independent licensed trade businesses, and it is the only party that invoices. That is the fact that shapes every document on this page.

The honest part is this. 1Stop is pre launch. There are zero customers today, and none of these documents has been reviewed by a lawyer. They are published in draft so that counsel and prospective clients can read the same text. They are not in force.

If something here is wrong

Tell us. A document being wrong is more useful to know before launch than after.

If any of these documents describes 1Stop incorrectly, or reads as unclear or unfair, get in touch and say so. Corrections are welcome from counsel, prospective clients, and anyone else reading this page.
