The work
What pressure washing work does 1Stop send?
Building exteriors, sidewalks, breezeways, pool decks and dumpster pads, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

There is one narrow exception. A local government that licensed rooftop painting, coating and cleaning above three stories before January 1, 2021, may keep doing so.
What 1Stop holds on file for every pressure washing vendor is a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
