The work
What roof repair work does 1Stop send?
Leaks, damaged shingles, tile or membrane, flashing and storm damage, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a roof repair vendor need in Florida?
Florida licenses roofing contractors under section 489.105(3)(e) of the Florida Statutes. The license covers installing, maintaining, repairing, altering, extending and designing all kinds of roofing, waterproofing and coating, along with skylights, required roof-deck attachments and any wood sheathing or fascia that has to be repaired or replaced during the job.
Coating counts as roofing too, unless it is not represented as protecting, repairing, waterproofing, stopping leaks in or extending the life of the roof.
A certified roofing contractor can work anywhere in Florida, while a registered one can work only in the local jurisdiction its registration covers. Either can be checked at myfloridalicense.com.
1Stop holds that license on file before it dispatches roof repair work, along with a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
