The work
What HVAC work does 1Stop send?
No cool, no heat, diagnostics, planned replacement, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a HVAC vendor need in Florida?
Florida licenses air-conditioning work under section 489.105 of the Florida Statutes, in three classes. A Class A contractor has no size limit. A Class B contractor is limited to 25 tons of cooling and 500,000 Btu of heating in any one system. Class C covers servicing only, and Florida has issued no new Class C licenses since October 1, 1988. A mechanical contractor's license covers the same systems and more.
Duct cleaning and equipment sanitizing that require taking part of the system apart fall inside those licenses too.
A certified contractor can work anywhere in the state. A registered contractor can work only in the local jurisdiction its registration covers. Either kind can be checked by name or license number at myfloridalicense.com.
1Stop holds that license on file before it dispatches HVAC work, along with a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
