The work
What window cleaning work does 1Stop send?
Exterior and interior glass, frames and sills for offices, common areas and amenity spaces, for managed properties. It is billed per job, and it goes on your payout statement for the period, which 1Stop pays net-14 from completion.
1Stop is the contracting party: it buys the job from you and sells it to the property manager, so you invoice one company and never bid against other vendors for the work.

Licensing
What license does a window cleaning vendor need in Florida?
Cleaning windows is not one of the contractor categories that section 489.105 of the Florida Statutes licenses, so no contractor license applies to the cleaning itself.
Work from ropes on a taller building falls under a federal rule. Under 29 CFR 1910.27(b), before a rope descent system is used, the building owner must tell the employer in writing that each anchorage was identified, tested, certified and maintained to support at least 5,000 pounds in any direction for each worker attached. That information must rest on an annual inspection by a qualified person and a certification of each anchorage by a qualified person, as necessary and at least every 10 years.
The same rule bars a rope descent system above 300 feet unless no other means is feasible or safer, requires stabilization at the work location when a descent is greater than 130 feet, and bars its use in hazardous weather such as storms or gusty or excessive wind.
What 1Stop holds on file for every window cleaning vendor is a current certificate of insurance and a W-9.
