One statement, net-14
Payout lands on a statement for the period, net-14 from completion.
Most networks bury their real terms. Ours are plain, the vendor agreement carries a 12-month non-solicit on accounts 1Stop introduces to you, and going direct with one of them costs you the net-14 terms. That net-14 is worth real money against construction invoice factoring, which runs 12% to 18% annualised.
